The perfect place for your perfect vacation. Pinewild is a private 135 unit town home resort community, with each unit independently owned. It is in wonderful Nevada, but only about three miles to the California border. Those three miles include a beautiful well maintained trail walk from a parking area to the lakeshore. The walk includes informational and historical signs keeping you informed with interesting facts and history every step of the way. Just as you start this walk, you will be almost next door to the Lakeside resort and Casino.
Another quarter mile down Hwy 50 you pass the beautiful Edgewood golf course and then you encounter the Hardrock, Montbleu, Harrahs and Harveys casinos. A quarter mile further you are in California at the beautiful and popular Heavenly Village Center with shopping, dining, drinking, ice skating, movies, gondolas to the ski area, and much more.
This beautifully appointed unit has everything you might hope for. The kitchen has plenty of equipment if you want to eat in, including microwave, coffee maker, Dishwasher toaster, and utensils. Also available is a gas BBQ. You will find it with everything you need to prepare a full meal, or a simple family breakfast. Have a Barbeque at sunset as you enjoy the incomparable Lake Tahoe air. Washer/Dryer to refresh your clothes after a great day hiking about the forest or along the lake shore. You can watch one of the televisions while your clothing is washed and dried. Because this unit is located in a condominium community, guests must abide by the community rules and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. There is one assigned parking space for unit 005. You may not park in spaces reserved for other units. A limited number of designated “guest” parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If available, only one guest space may be used for up to 48 hours. To avoid towing, guests in 005 must check in promptly with the HOA office to obtain a valid parking pass. Your 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Tahoe Management 775-588-4504.
