We are local, right here in the heart of the Nevada South/East Shore. We only rent properties in the Nevada area, the most desirable area of Lake Tahoe. Our Venue includes only Douglas County Nevada, including Stateline Nevada and Zephyr Cove Nevada. Douglas county requires that only yourself or licensed property manager brokers can manage your vacation rental. The county also requires that each property pass an inspection and maintain a vacation rental permit. They also require that someone is in the local area to respond to issues at your property. We manage all this for you, so you can just relax. The county also requires that the 14% transient occupancy tax be collected on the nightly rental value and the cleaning charges. Our professional staff manages all of this for you and provides a monthly statement with all details.
